Assistant Management Accountant

Global Head Office, Rochester, Kent

We’re looking for an organised, motivated, and detail-driven Assistant Management Accountant to join our Finance team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is a key role supporting the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations, with responsibilities across reporting, reconciliations, journals, cashflow forecasting, and analysis.

Responsibilities:

•    Reviewing and analysing P&L transactions, posting journals and adjustments where necessary
•    Support monthly balance sheet reconciliations
•    Manage and reconcile prepayment schedules 
•    Maintaining the fixed asset register, including depreciation and disposals
•    Assist in the preparation of short and long term cash forecasting
•    Performing intercompany reconciliations
•    Ensuring exchange rates in Sage 200 are up to date and accurate
•    Providing support and mentorship within the finance team
•    Sales invoicing 
•    Completing bank reconciliations and banking reports
•    Managing customer reporting requirements, i.e. rebates
•    Reviewing/reporting on customer and supplier ledgers
•    Preparing payment runs, including multi-currency payments
•    Supporting profitability and cost-centre reporting
•    Monitoring stock valuations and highlighting obsolete stock, warehouse discrepancies, and write-off requirements
•    Support audits 
•    Contributing to both regular and adhoc finance projects

Salesperson

Purchaser

Global Head Office, London

Fleet Luxury is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchaser to join our London office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing high-quality materials and services, managing supplier relationships, negotiating competitive pricing, and ensuring timely delivery to meet project deadlines. Ideal candidates will have strong negotiation and analytical skills, a solid understanding of procurement processes, and experience within the luxury packaging or print industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Source products: Identify and research suppliers and vendors to find the best materials, goods, or services.

  • Negotiate contracts: Secure favourable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

  • Process orders: Prepare and issue purchase orders and track them to ensure timely delivery.

  • Manage supplier relationships: Build and maintain long-term, professional relationships with vendors.

  • Track inventory: Monitor stock levels and forecast demand to prevent overstocking or shortages.

  • Ensure quality and compliance: Verify that all purchased items meet company standards and that procurement processes comply with company policies and regulations.

  • Resolve issues: Address problems such as delays, damaged goods, or invoice discrepancies.

  • Maintain records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
