Every year on 22nd April, Earth Day reminds us that sustainability is not a trend, it is a responsibility. For the luxury retail world, it is also an opportunity to reimagine how beauty, elegance, and environmental responsibility can exist in harmony.

At Fleet Luxury, we believe the future of luxury is not only about how something looks and feels, but about how it is made, sourced, and returned to the earth.
A Commitment Woven Into Every Detail
Sustainability is not a new initiative for us. It is built into the foundation of our work.
We are proud to be part of the Planet Mark community, actively measuring and reducing our environmental impact each year. Sustainability guides everything we do, from using responsible materials and lowering our carbon footprint to designing with circularity in mind, ensuring luxury packaging supports a healthier future for the planet.
We strive to reduce plastic use by promoting recycled and FSC® certified papers. Where possible, we ensure materials are fully recyclable. If not recyclable, we focus on making them reusable and guide our clients away from single use plastic solutions. Our development team has also introduced and manufactured 100% recycled, recyclable and compostable paper rope handles.
Fleet Luxury has always advocated using materials sourced from sustainable origins and only uses paper and raw materials that are responsibly sourced. Where appropriate, and when requested either through client preference or local legislation, we can use FSC® certified or FSC® certified PCW materials to ensure compliance. We strive to use vegetable and plant-based inks, water-based glues and varnishes at every opportunity.
Innovation That Protects the Planet
Earth Day is also a celebration of progress, and innovation is at the heart of our sustainability journey.
Our teams are constantly developing packaging solutions that reduce environmental impact without compromising on quality. This includes:
• Paper based materials designed for recyclability
• Compostable and recyclable paper rope handles
• Water based inks, varnishes, and adhesives
• Non-animal based glues supporting ethical production
• Reduced reliance on virgin plastics across packaging ranges
We believe luxury should never come at the expense of the planet. Instead, it should reflect thoughtful design that respects natural resources.
From all of us at Fleet Luxury
Sustainability is not a destination. It is a journey, and we are committed to leading it with purpose, creativity and care for the planet.
