Every year, Esxence in Milan brings together some of the most exciting and innovative brands in the world of niche and luxury fragrance. As one of the most influential events in the industry, it offers a unique opportunity to discover emerging trends, meet industry leaders and see first-hand how brands are evolving within an increasingly competitive market.
This year, I attended the exhibition alongside my team. Esxence is always an inspiring event, providing the chance to explore the latest developments across the fragrance industry, reconnect with familiar faces and discover both established and emerging brands from around the world. It was a valuable opportunity to see how the market continues to evolve and to gain fresh perspectives from a wide range of exhibitors.
As we walked through the exhibition halls, I was incredibly proud to see so many brands that Fleet Luxury France works with exhibiting alongside some of the most respected names in global perfumery. Seeing our clients showcase their collections on an international stage is always rewarding and serves as a reminder of the creativity, passion and expertise that exists throughout this industry.
One of the things I enjoy most about Esxence is the opportunity to see how brands present themselves beyond their products. Of course, fragrance remains the centre of attention, but luxury today is about much more than the scent itself. Every stand tells a story. Every display has been carefully designed to communicate a brand's identity, values and personality.
From elegant minimalist concepts to more immersive and theatrical environments, the attention to detail throughout the exhibition was exceptional. It reinforced something we often discuss with our clients at Fleet Luxury Packaging: every touchpoint contributes to the customer experience.
The way a product is presented, displayed, gifted and packaged can be just as important as the product itself.
Another key theme throughout the exhibition was sustainability. Many brands are actively exploring how they can maintain the high-end presentation consumers expect whilst making more responsible choices when it comes to materials and packaging design.
This is an area that continues to generate exciting innovation across the fragrance sector. As a packaging partner, it is encouraging to see brands embracing sustainable thinking without compromising on luxury, quality or customer experience.
For the Fleet Luxury France team, the exhibition provided valuable inspiration and insight that we will take back to our clients. It also gave us the opportunity to celebrate the success of the brands we work alongside and to better understand the direction the luxury fragrance market is moving in.
As always, I left Milan feeling inspired by the level of innovation, craftsmanship and attention to detail that defines this industry. The luxury fragrance sector continues to set incredibly high standards, and I am excited to see how many of the ideas and trends showcased at Esxence influence the future of luxury packaging in the years ahead.
